The Safe Signal® is both a DAY and NIGHT Signal Mirror that has a special two-sided reflective surface. The silver mirror side is used as a daytime signal mirror, by reflecting the sun's rays to a distant point. The opposite side uses a special enhanced red mirror finish that has been optically designed to be utitilized as a reflective surface at night when used with your flashlight to attract rescuers to your location.
