The Lyman No. 2 Tang Sight is made of steel and has height index marks on the aperture post with a maximum elevation of .800 for long range shooting. Having both .093 quick hunting aperture and a .040 large disk target aperture the Lyman No. 2 Tang Sight has a special adapter which allows mounting on the tang without damaging the serial number.
